​The Northlake Project is a collaborative initiative spearheaded by Northlake property owners, working alongside the City of Oakland and the Uptown Downtown Business District.
Born from a love for Oakland and the belief that every Oaklander deserves a safe, clean, and vibrant downtown, the Northlake Project is a collaborative effort to uplift the area through thoughtful design and local partnerships, with primary sponsorship from Lakeside Group and Holland Partner Group. Together, Northlake aims to deliver:

• Neighborhood safety improvements
• Dedicated ambassador services
• Beautification efforts
• Community-driven events​
